Refund or Return My Items
At Upper Society, we take pride in our quality products and customer service. Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience. However, we understand that there might be instances where you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase. In such cases, we have a flexible return and refund policy.
Return Policy
- Items purchased from Upper Society can be returned within 30 days of receipt. All items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and with all Upper Society tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled, or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
- Unless the item is faulty, the customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping. We recommend using a tracked postal service as Upper Society will not be responsible for items lost in transit.
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund. The refund can take up to 2 weeks to process.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please inform us of the style, size, and color that you would prefer. The item(s) from the original order must be returned and you will have to place a new order. In cases of any price difference, you will be required to pay the extra amount or will receive a refund in case the new item is cheaper.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.
In case you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
